Barista/Barista Maestro position in Stubbington Costa Coffee

A bit about the role...

Day to day you’ll be making coffee. But not just any coffee, Costa Coffee! You’ll perfect your craft through amazing training, taking care to make every customer experience an awesome one. In addition to this you will enjoy the following:

• Crafting great coffee with your passion and energy for that perfect blend

• Serving customers with a smile and creating moments that matter, ensuring customers walk away happy, and we see them again very soon

• Be knowledgeable and confident about all Costa products in order to advise customers

• Maintaining health & safety and cleanliness across the store always

• Most importantly: have fun at work and support your team to do the same

A bit about you…

A great Barista will love coffee, and have a genuine passion for people, as well as the desire to learn and be the best they can be. No experience is required, just a can-do attitude and:

• A positive outlook with bags of personality

• A passion for delivering excellence in everything you do

• Good communication skills because you will be talking to our amazing customers daily

• Courage to show your confidence

• You will often need to multitask, therefore a hard-working attitude is key here

Store Manager, Diss Costa Coffee (mat cover)

Location : Diss , 7 Mere Street , Norfolk , UK , IP22 4AD

A fantastic position full-time has become available for a Store Manager (maternity cover) for 12 months minimum at our Diss (Norfolk) store.

As the largest franchise of Costa Coffee, we are passionate about finding the right people for our business. Naturally, there are brand standards to adhere to, but there is also plenty of room to let your personality shine. Your team, customers and community will always come first, and you will make it your mission in life to perform the little, big, and medium-sized acts that will surprise and delight in equal measure. We will be relying on you to keep an eye on the serious side of managing a successful store. Things like ensuring that you have the best team in place, maximising financial performance, and working closely with your Operations Manager.

We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic and experienced Store Manager to lead a motivated, well-trained team with the appropriate skills to deliver a profitable store and ensure all budget targets and KPIs are not just achieved but exceeded. Ambitious and commercially aware, with the presence and personality to influence the day to day business, you'll maximise your performance as well as the team's. Leading by example and setting high standards, you'll enhance sales and provide our customers with excellent service. Experience of working with delivery partners such as Uber would be an advantage.

Requirements: Minimum 2 years of supervisory or management experience in a customer-facing role; Fully flexible with working hours; Must be willing to travel.
